RETURNS POLICY

We have a 7 days free* return and exchange policy, which means you can request a return or exchange for any reason. You are always welcome to try on a product and return it back later. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. (If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.) .

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return you can contact us at info@jemorafashions.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label to send the package to our warehouse. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@jemorafashions.com.

Exchanges

Either mail to us or click on the exchange option while submitting the return request form and we will communicate with you for the next process.

Refunds

Once the return package reaches our warehouse, we will process the refund and you should see the refund within 3-4 business days (may vary depending on each bank).

*The return shipping amount will be credited to you as store credits which can be used for your next order.

Note:

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable. If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly. In case a package is delivered (based on tracking number update) but you claim that you did not receive the item, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly

Where do we ship from?

We usually ship from our domestic US warehouse or overseas warehouse.

What are the order processing times?

Orders from our domestic warehouse will be processed within 24 business hours. Orders from our overseas warehouse will be processed within 24 to 72 business hours.

What are the shipping times?

After your order has been processed, it takes around 2 to 4 business days for your order to be delivered from our domestic US warehouse and 5 to 8 business days for your order to be delivered from our overseas warehouse. There can be delays beyond our control such as natural calamities.
