We have a 7 days free* return and exchange policy, which means you can request a return or exchange for any reason. You are always welcome to try on a product and return it back later.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. (If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Orders from our domestic warehouse will be processed within 24 business hours. Orders from our overseas warehouse will be processed within 24 to 72 business hours.
